My name is Ana María Carrillo and I am a Certified International Coach with more than 8 years of experience. I graduated from the European Coaching Center in Madrid.

This is how I felt when I was 24. It was a very difficult time when I suffered from an eating disorder.
They were difficult times, but it was the time when I realized all the potential that existed within me, but that I didn't want to see.

My worth was not found in the approval of others, but within myself.

This is how Ágape was born, with the purpose of helping you increase your self-esteem, find your life purpose and develop resilience 💕.

GAPI HISTORY

The way I found to channel my difficult emotions like sadness, anger and fear, was by drawing cartoons.

Gapi, the name of the iconic Ágape character, was the one who came to life in these difficult times.

Through him I show everyday situations where he is the one who guides, orients and helps people in their emotional processes.

  • I studied a Master's degree in Marketing and Commercial Management in Madrid, Spain.
  • I am a Business Administrator from the Javeriana University.
  • I certified as a Life Coach at the European Coaching Institute in Madrid, Spain.
  • I have the endorsement of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) to give sessions internationally freely.
  • I participated in transformational leadership training with coach Anthony Robbins (#1 Coach in the United States).

Since I was a child I really liked playing teacher, so I have always been passionate about teaching, guiding or advising people.

Through coaching I realized that I could combine the professional part with my inner child.

I am a very curious woman, that's why I love listening to people's stories, getting to know them and understanding why they do what they do.
